What sort of messaging solution does your business need?

Groove Computing offers a variety of solutions to help you keep connected with your business world.  Whether you want straight-forward email service, or a comprehensive messaging solution for the enterprise, we have what you're looking for.

You can choose to use your existing email service, where you use Outlook as your email client on the Virtual Desktop to store your messages on the virtual system.  Or, you can elect to utilize one of the server-based messaging solutions we support:

Microsoft Exchange mail, where messages are stored on the Exchange server and accessed with Outlook.  Exchange also offers features such as public folders, a global address list, and scheduling services.

  • Mobility option for Exchange, using Microsoft Mobile Information Services, allows your Windows mobile or wireless device to access Exchange mail services via the wireless Web

Google Apps email, where message are stored on Google's servers and accessed with Outlook or via the Google web-based email interface.  Google apps provides you with large email boxes (25GB), shared calendars, and email policy management and recovery features from Postini.

      No messaging system is complete without anti-virus and spam filtering.  
      For our hosted Exchange users (and those who have their own email systems) we recommend InboxGenius for virus protection and content filtering.  We provide this service in conjunction with our partner Solinus.

For Google Apps users, spam filtering and virus protection is already built-in.  Additional email policy management and recovery is also available, with features provided by Postini.
